Spicy Asian Turkey
Tired of the same old roasted turkey and stuffing? Give your guests a surprise with this Asian twist.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a medium bowl combine mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, red chili powder, and salt.
Rub the spice mixture all over the cleaned turkey and place the turkey breast side down in a roasting pan on a rack.
Place the sliced onions, green onions, celery, garlic, and fresh ginger inside the turkey cavity.
Pour the chicken broth in the roasting pan and carefully place the pan inside the oven. Roast for 2 – 2 ½ hours until the turkey’s internal temperature reaches 170 degrees Fahrenheit.
Allow the turkey to rest for 30 minutes before slicing.
